The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued a revised draft
Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPR) for Full Size and Non-Full Size Cribs. The revised draft primarily consists of editorial changes that include the deletion and replacement of specific figures, the insertion of a provision previously omitted from the draft NPR, a revised numbering system of specific sections, the deletion of certain sections due to their presence within the final ASTM standard, and the inclusion of provisions that reference the exemption of play yards from specific sections of this NPR.
